Permit Services Supervisor

The incumbent may exercise supervision over the Permit and Senior Permit Technicians and clerical staff, and all aspects of the customer experience, operations and activities of the Community Development Department. The duties assigned to this position include planning, organizing, directing, and supervising the operations and activities of the Permit Center within the Community Development Department. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating the activities involved in providing information to the public on planning and building issues and processes and requirements.
