1. Develop and implement engaging visual arts classes and workshops for individuals of all ages and skill levels.
2. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for students to explore their creativity and develop their artistic skills.
3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of various visual arts techniques, including but not limited to drawing, painting, and sculpture.
4. Provide personalized instruction and feedback to students to help them improve and grow in their artistic abilities.
5. Collaborate with other instructors and staff to plan and coordinate events and exhibitions featuring students' work.
6. Stay updated on current trends and developments in the visual arts industry to continuously improve teaching methods and curriculum.
7. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available for student use.
8. Foster a positive and supportive learning atmosphere by encouraging and motivating students to reach their full potential.
9. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to address any concerns and provide updates on student progress.
10. Act as a mentor and role model for students, inspiring them to pursue their passion for visual arts and develop their creativity.
