
Management Analyst
We are looking for a motivated, analytical and communicative individual to join the City of Los Angeles as a Management Analyst. This position requires someone with an organized mind, the ability to think logically and excellent problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of city operations and developing solutions to potential issues. They will bring an analytical eye to the city’s operations to ensure that departments are operating efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years’ experience in project management, financial analysis, data analysis, and/or policy analysis. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office and other data analysis software. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have the ability to think critically and creatively in order to develop actionable solutions to complex problems.
