
Real Estate Officer
We are looking for a Real Estate Officer to join the City of Los Angeles team. This position will require expertise in negotiating real estate transactions and developing strategies to maximize the City’s real estate portfolio. The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator and negotiator, as well as have the ability to work effectively with all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or related field, and have at least three to five years of professional experience in real estate brokerage, development or related field.The Real Estate Officer will be a critical member of the City’s real estate team. As a passionate advocate for the City’s best interests, the successful candidate must be an excellent negotiator, have strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work with a wide range of stakeholders. This professional will also need to be highly organized, possess a strong work ethic, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
