The City of Los Angeles is looking for a talented and experienced Utility Buyer to join our organization. As a Utility Buyer, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing and purchasing of utilities for the city. You must possess a strong knowledge of the purchasing and procurement process, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and strategically to achieve the best possible outcomes.
