Information Systems Analyst

The Information Systems Analyst performs professional level information systems duties in support of strategic City computer operating systems across multiple platforms and technologies. Installs and maintains computer systems hardware and software. Performs systems analysis duties in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of information systems and supporting computer hardware and software applications. Provides support to local and wide area networks; creates and modifies user accounts. Enables local and wide area network connections. Prepares a variety of accurate technical reports on operations and activities.

Oceanside is a coastal city in California. It's known for palm-dotted Harbor Beach and nearby Oceanside Harbor, with its marina and shops. To the south, the long Oceanside Pier juts into the Pacific Ocean. The California Surf Museum traces the sport's history with a surfboard collection and exhibits on famous surfers. Sculptures, paintings and drawings from the region are on display at the Oceanside Museum of Art.
