Data Entry Operator

Utilizes computerized data entry equipment and various data entry, spreadsheet and/or file maintenance programs to enter, store and/or retrieve information as requested or otherwise necessary; establishes files and modifies existing files. Generates statistics; requests additional information as needed; researches, collects and compiles data; verifies reports for accuracy; collates reports. Performs general office support activities. Compiles data for special projects or reports as assigned, ensuring completion of by specific deadlines. Prepares simple to complex technical reports using standard computer hardware and software such as databases; assembles information into reports.
