Chief Information Security Officer

The City of Philadelphia is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join our forward-thinking Information Technology team. We are looking for a leader with a passion for cyber security, a deep understanding of current threats, and a drive to protect the City from ever-evolving digital risks.The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; at least 10 years of experience in developing, implementing and managing information security programs; experience in developing and managing security policies, procedures, and standards; and a comprehensive understanding of security solutions, such as firewalls, antivirus, SIEM, and encryption.In addition to these qualifications, the ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, have an eye for detail, and be able to work well in a team.
