
Police Oversight Auditor/Monitor
The City of Philadelphia is seeking an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented Police Oversight Auditor/Monitor to join our team and help ensure that the Philadelphia Police Department remains accountable to the public. The successful candidate for this position will have an acute understanding of police oversight best practices, a commitment to equity, and an appreciation for the complexities of police activity in an urban environment. Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as criminal justice, public administration or law enforcement and at least five years of professional experience in police oversight or a related area. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication and analytical skills, a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds.
