  • Oversee and manage a team of social workers to provide essential services to the community

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Social Work From An Accredited University.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Social Work, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Or Supervisory Role.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Laws And Regulations Related To Social Work And Human Services.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Staff, Community Partners, And Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Program Development And Evaluation, Budget Management, And Grant Writing.
