  1. Prune and maintain trees in accordance with industry standards and city regulations.
  2. Identify and remove diseased or damaged trees to prevent potential hazards.
  3. Utilize proper equipment and techniques to ensure the health and longevity of trees.
  4. Work closely with city officials and community members to address any tree-related concerns or issues.
  5. Collaborate with other members of the tree care team to plan and execute pruning projects.
  6. Monitor and document the condition and growth of trees in designated areas.
  7. Implement proper planting and fertilization techniques to promote tree growth and vitality.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and best practices in tree care.
  9. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  10. Assist with emergency tree services, such as storm damage or fallen trees.
  11. Educate and engage with the community about the importance of tree preservation and maintenance.
  12. Maintain accurate records of tree care activities and reports as needed.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance pruning skills and knowledge.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
