- Serve as a subject matter expert on violence prevention and represent the city at conferences, meetings, and other events related to this topic.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards related to data collection, analysis, and reporting.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the Violence Prevention team.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminology, Psychology, Sociology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Violence Prevention Or Community Outreach Programs.
Knowledge Of Data Analysis And Statistical Methods To Evaluate Program Effectiveness.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Present Findings And Recommendations To Stakeholders.
Familiarity With Local And National Violence Prevention Initiatives And Best Practices.
