Recreation Leader
- Assist staff in implementing various recreational activities, including but not limited to sports leagues, children and adult programs, and citywide special events.
- Provide customer service; answer phones; collect fees for various activities; operate the cash register and provide receipts; balance and reconcile cash drawer.
- Assist in creating displays and advertisements for events.
- Respond to and resolve parent, school or community concerns and issues; interact with customers during special events and activities; direct to higher level staff, as necessary.
- Assist in the general cleaning and upkeep of facilities.
- Provide basic facility maintenance.
Some experience in recreational programs and activities.
Possess techniques related to youth and adult sports, after-school and nutrition programs
