
Associate Engineer - Mechanical New

- Conduct research, analyze data, and provide recommendations for mechanical engineering projects within the city.
- Collaborate with and support senior engineers on various projects, including design, construction, and maintenance of city infrastructure.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates for proposed projects.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments and external contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Continuously monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team and stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that may arise during the project and propose solutions.
- Ensure all work is completed within budget and on schedule.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering and apply new knowledge to projects.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for various stakeholders, including city officials and community members.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and community members to promote teamwork and collaboration.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff members as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
- Attend meetings, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field
Strong Knowledge Of Mechanical Design Principles And Practices
