Bachelor's Degree In Urban Planning, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Urban Planning Or Community Development.
Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Policies Related To Land Use And Urban Planning.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Planning Information To Diverse Stakeholders.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Conduct Research, Gather And Analyze Data, And Make Informed Recommendations.
