- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all emergency calls, dispatches, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with other emergency response agencies and departments to ensure a coordinated and efficient response to emergency situations.
- Monitor and maintain communication with emergency responders in the field, providing updates and relaying important information as needed.
- Continually assess and evaluate emergency situations, adjusting response plans and strategies as necessary.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to emergency responders, citizens, and other parties involved in emergency situations.
- Adhere to established protocols and procedures for emergency dispatching, ensuring consistent and efficient response to all incidents.
- Stay informed about current emergency response practices, procedures, and technologies, and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Certification In Emergency Telecommunications, Such As Emergency Medical Dispatcher (Emd) Or Emergency Fire Dispatcher (Efd).
Knowledge Of Fire Department Operations And Emergency Response Procedures.
