Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Lease Administration Or Property Management.
Strong Understanding Of Lease Agreements, Real Estate Contracts, And Financial Analysis.
Experience In Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Stakeholders At All Levels.
