  • Lead and manage the modernization of the City's Enterprise Resource Planning systems, ensuring successful project delivery within established timelines and budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for the ERP modernization project, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identify and address potential roadblocks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams to evaluate and select the most suitable ERP solutions for the City's needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on ERP systems, including configuration, customization, integration, and data migration.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the City's business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the use of technology.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including city executives, department heads, and end-users, to ensure their needs are met throughout the ERP modernization project.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including data privacy and security.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the new ERP systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ERP systems and project management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Managing Large-Scale Erp Modernization Projects.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Erp Systems, Including Oracle, Sap, Or Workday.

  • Proven Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Project Timelines And Budgets.

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
