10. Provide legal support in responding to public records requests and subpoenas.
11. Assist in the preparation of training materials and presentations on legal topics for City staff.
12. Collaborate with external legal counsel, as needed.
13. Adhere to all ethical and confidentiality requirements.
14. Proactively identify and report potential legal risks and issues to the legal team.
