- Monitor and enforce park and facility rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
- Conduct routine checks of park and facility grounds to identify any potential safety hazards or maintenance issues.
- Communicate effectively with park guests, answering questions and providing assistance as needed.
- Report any safety concerns or maintenance needs to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of park and facility areas, including restrooms and picnic areas.
- Assist with set up and take down of equipment for events and activities held in the park or facility.
- Monitor and control access to restricted areas, such as swimming pools or recreation centers.
- Serve as a positive and friendly representative of the City of San Juan Capistrano, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment for all visitors.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the park and facility.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on park and facility policies and procedures.

Physical Fitness: The Job Of A Park/Facility Monitor Requires Extensive Physical Activity, Such As Walking, Standing, And Lifting. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks Without Difficulty.
