Program Coordinator

Under general supervision, supervises program participants in recreation activities at recreation centers, and/or parks; assists in planning, organizing, promoting and conducting educational and recreational activities including; arts, sports, games, excursions, competitive activities, contests, summer camps, and special events; compile program/activity descriptions; maintain inventory of supplies and materials; collect and submit participant rosters, attendance sheets, registration forms, monthly statistical reports and other program data; assists with supervision of staff and volunteers. Operates City owned vehicles over designated routes according to established time schedules; transports seniors on designated routes and special events; operates the vehicles in a safe and prudent manner in accordance with state training guides, rules and regulations; loads and unloads seniors, and their belongings.
