Bachelor's Degree In Project Management, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Coordination And Management, Preferably In A Municipal Or Government Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles And Practices, Including Project Scheduling, Budgeting, And Risk Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Contractors, City Officials, And Community Members.
Knowledge Of Local Building Codes And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Permitting And Compliance Processes.
