Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Project Management, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Coordination And Management, Preferably In A Municipal Or Government Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles And Practices, Including Project Scheduling, Budgeting, And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Contractors, City Officials, And Community Members.

  • Knowledge Of Local Building Codes And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Permitting And Compliance Processes.
