Community Data and Evaluation Advisor

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Community Data and Evaluation Advisor to join the City of Seattle’s Office of Planning and Community Development. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing data-driven evaluation strategies and systems to assess the effectiveness of our department’s programs and services. We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making.The ideal candidate for this role should have a Master’s degree in a related field, such as urban planning, public administration, social sciences, or statistics. You must have at least five years of experience working with data analysis, evaluation, and research in a public sector setting, and must have a deep knowledge and understanding of data systems and analysis techniques.
