Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering Or A Related Field.
Professional Engineering (Pe) License In The State Of Washington.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Drainage Conveyance Design And Analysis.
Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Hydraulic Modeling Programs.
Knowledge Of Local And State Regulations Related To Drainage Systems And Stormwater Management.
