- Communicate event details and logistics to stakeholders, including vendors, volunteers, and attendees.
- Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to event participants and attendees.
- Coordinate logistical details, such as venue selection, permits, and equipment rentals, to ensure events run smoothly.
- Manage event registration and ticketing processes, including tracking attendance and managing ticket sales.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including coordinating with vendors and overseeing event staff.
- Create post-event evaluations and reports to measure the success of events and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on city regulations and policies related to event planning and ensure events comply with all guidelines.
