Job Description

The City of Seattle is seeking an experienced and passionate HR Manager to join its Human Resources (HR) team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of excellence in leading Human Resource initiatives while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of Human Resources for the City of Seattle, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. You must possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-service mindset. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
