  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout the city.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning.

  4. Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.

  10. Operate and maintain HVAC equipment and tools.

  12. Provide exceptional customer service to employees and residents.
  13. Collaborate with external contractors and vendors when necessary.
  14. Train and mentor junior HVAC technicians.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  16. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency repairs.

  18. Follow budget guidelines for maintenance and repair expenses.

Job Qualifications
