We are seeking an experienced Property Management Specialist to join the City of Seattle. This position is essential in ensuring the City's real estate assets are managed effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate acquisition, property management, and financial management. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
