Job Description

Are you an experienced real property agent looking for an exciting challenge in the City of Seattle? The City of Seattle is seeking a motivated and organized real property agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on complex and interesting projects, build relationships with stakeholders, and use your expertise to help the City of Seattle grow.The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in real estate transactions and real estate law, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer service. They must also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently. In this role, you must be able to work with a variety of stakeholders and manage complex projects on time and on budget. Ultimately, you will be an essential part of the City of Seattle’s real estate team and be responsible for helping the City achieve its real estate objectives.
