  1. Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
  2. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to improve overall project efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with project managers and team members to identify potential quality issues and provide timely recommendations for resolution.
  4. Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential quality risks.
  5. Maintain and update quality assurance documentation and reports.
  6. Provide guidance and training to team members on quality assurance best practices and standards.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in quality assurance to continuously improve processes and systems.
  8. Communicate with stakeholders and clients to understand their quality expectations and incorporate them into project plans and processes.
  9. Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement to ensure project quality is maintained.
  10. Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  12. Prepare and present quality assurance reports and findings to upper management and stakeholders.
  13. Adhere to all relevant regulations and standards to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  14. Conduct training and workshops to educate team members on quality assurance principles and processes.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members on quality assurance-related matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Quality Assurance, Preferably In A Government Or Municipal Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Lifecycle And Quality Assurance Methodologies.

  • Experience In Analyzing And Documenting Software Defects And Working With Development Teams To Resolve Them.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
