Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Training And Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Government Or Large Organization Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Facilitation Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Motivate Individuals At All Levels Of The Organization.
Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Budgeting, And Evaluation Of Training Programs.
