Claremont McKenna College is seeking a full-time, experienced recruiter to help us fill a broad range of positions. Oversee and coordinate all staff recruitment activities. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify needs, create and update job descriptions; post vacancies; conduct reference checks; prepare offer letters; and negotiate and extend offers of employment. Effectively evaluate applicants and candidates based upon department needs and with the intent to ensure that candidates understand and embrace the College’s culture. Pre-screen and present detailed and accurate profile summaries of candidates including appropriateness of skills, strengths, experience, knowledge and compensation. Track and maintain metrics to summarize recruitment activity.
