  1. Answer incoming calls from patients and their families regarding appointments, inquiries, and general information about Cleveland Clinic.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to callers with empathy and understanding, and addressing their needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Connect callers with the appropriate departments and resources within Cleveland Clinic to ensure their needs are met.
  4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
  5. Demonstrate strong communication skills by effectively communicating with a diverse range of individuals, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  6. Remain calm and composed under pressure, ensuring a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions.
  7. Utilize computer systems and tools to accurately and efficiently record and retrieve information.
  8. Adhere to Cleveland Clinic's policies and procedures, including patient confidentiality and data protection.
