  1. Lead and manage a team of clinical research professionals to develop and execute innovative clinical trials and studies.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical research, in alignment with the overall goals and mission of Cleveland Clinic.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders to identify research opportunities and develop protocols.
  4. Oversee the ethical and regulatory aspects of clinical research to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.
  5. Monitor and analyze data from clinical trials and studies to identify trends and make recommendations for future research projects.
  6. Stay up-to-date with advancements in the medical field and incorporate new technologies and methodologies into clinical research processes.
  7. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and maximize the productivity and efficiency of the clinical research team.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for clinical research projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  9. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior researchers and staff, promoting their professional development and growth.
  10. Serve as a representative and spokesperson for Cleveland Clinic in the scientific community, promoting our research initiatives and achievements.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and teams within Cleveland Clinic to support the integration of research into patient care and treatment plans.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the quality and effectiveness of clinical research processes and procedures.
  13. Communicate and present research findings and outcomes to various audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, and the general public.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for implementing new strategies and initiatives to advance clinical research efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Medicine, Nursing, Or Public Health.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Clinical Research Management, Including Overseeing Multiple Studies And Teams.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Federal Regulations And Guidelines For Clinical Research, Including Fda Regulations And The Common Rule.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Grant Writing And Securing Funding For Clinical Research Projects.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams And Manage A Large Staff.
