  1. Develop and implement a strategic plan for diversity and inclusion initiatives at Cleveland Clinic.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate diversity and inclusion goals into the organization's overall strategy.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action.
  4. Create and lead training programs for managers and employees to promote understanding and awareness of diversity and inclusion.
  5. Serve as a resource and advisor to all departments and employees regarding diversity and inclusion matters.
  6. Partner with recruitment and talent acquisition teams to develop strategies for attracting and retaining diverse talent.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and community groups to promote diversity and inclusion efforts.
  8. Monitor and analyze diversity and inclusion metrics and report progress to senior leadership regularly.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to diversity and inclusion.
  10. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion by promoting open communication, respect, and understanding among all employees.
  11. Continuously evaluate and update diversity and inclusion policies and procedures to ensure they are effective and relevant.
  12. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any diversity and inclusion concerns or issues.
  13. Serve as a role model and advocate for diversity and inclusion within the organization.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in diversity and inclusion and make recommendations for implementation.
  15. Participate in diversity and inclusion-related events and conferences to represent Cleveland Clinic and share our efforts and successes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Promoting Diversity And Fostering An Inclusive Culture Within An Organization.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Advanced Degree In A Related Field, Such As Diversity Management, Human Resources, Or Organizational Development.
