Hospice PRN

We are looking for an experienced Hospice PRN to join the Cleveland Clinic team and provide compassionate care to patients and families in the end-of-life journey. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, be comfortable working with people from all walks of life, and have a passion for providing quality service and care. The successful candidate must have a valid RN license, at least one year of experience in Hospice/Palliative Care, and the ability to provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and families. Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate care and support to patients and families in the end-of-life journey.
2. Maintain a valid RN license.
3. Develop and maintain professional relationships with patients and families.
4. Utilize interpersonal skills to provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and families.
5. Accurately document patient care and progress.
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
7. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
8. Provide patient and family education on end-of-life care.
9. Remain up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in hospice/palliative care.
10. Participate in continuous training and professional development activities.
