  1. Manage all aspects of human resources functions for Cleveland Clinic, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, benefits, performance management, and training and development.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
  3. Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and support as needed.
  4. Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  5. Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer letters.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy laws.
  7. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  8. Collaborate with department managers to address employee performance issues and develop improvement plans when necessary.
  9. Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth.
  10. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  11. Stay updated on industry best practices and make recommendations for improvements to HR policies and procedures.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  13. Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  14. Monitor and ensure compliance with all HR-related laws, regulations, and company policies.
  15. Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the organization's goals and mission.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeo.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With A Diverse Group Of Employees.

  • Experience In Recruitment, Employee Relations, And Performance Management.
