- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure proper storage, preparation, and dispensing of medications.
- Identify and implement strategies to reduce medication errors and improve medication safety.

Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Institution
Current Licensure As A Pharmacist In The State Of Ohio
Board Certification In Medication Safety (Bcps), Or Willingness To Obtain Within First Year Of Employment
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting, With A Focus On Medication Safety
