We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis.   1. Greet and welcome patients to the clinic in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and mental abilities to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  3. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals.
  4. Use evidence-based practices and techniques to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients.
  5. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  6. Educate patients and their families on the importance of occupational therapy and the role it plays in improving overall health and well-being.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information.
  8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and physical therapists, to provide interdisciplinary care for patients.
  9. Stay current with advancements in occupational therapy research and techniques, incorporating them into practice as appropriate.
  10. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards of practice, ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all infection control and safety protocols.
  12. Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction by providing compassionate and empathetic care.
  13. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  14. Participate in team meetings and conferences to discuss patient progress and identify areas for improvement.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development through continuing education and training opportunities.
  16. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including those related to patient care, safety, and documentation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Occupational Therapy From An Accredited Institution.

  • Valid State Licensure As An Occupational Therapist.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As An Occupational Therapist In A Clinical Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Families, And Multidisciplinary Team Members.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Manage A Caseload Of Patients On An As-Needed Basis.
