Job Description

Cleveland Clinic is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Technician to join our team! We are looking for a person with a passion for providing patient-centered care and an enthusiasm for learning. The ideal candidate for this position will have a thorough understanding of the principles of occupational therapy, be able to work independently and collaboratively, and be able to communicate effectively.The OT Technician will provide specialized technical support and assistance to the Occupational Therapy department in the delivery of quality patient care. The Technician will assist Occupational Therapists in preparing and maintaining supplies and equipment, and will be responsible for providing patient care services under the direction of the Occupational Therapists.Required qualifications for this position include: • A High School Diploma or GED• Certification in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university • 1-2 years of experience working in an Occupational Therapy setting • Knowledge of Occupational Therapy principles • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Effective communication skills • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation If you are looking for an opportunity to make a positive impact on patients’ lives and have the qualifications listed above, we invite you to apply for this position at Cleveland Clinic.
