  1. Conduct detailed research on legal and supply chain topics to support the development and drafting of contracts.

  4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure timely completion of contracts.

  7. Assist in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions.
  8. Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations related to the legal and supply chain industries.
  9. Coordinate and schedule meetings and calls related to contract negotiations and revisions.
  10. Provide administrative support to the legal team, including drafting correspondence and maintaining calendars.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  12. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.
  13. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  14. Uphold and promote the values and culture of the organization.
