
Pediatric Clinical Speech Pathologist
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Pediatric Clinical Speech Pathologist to join our renowned Cleveland Clinic team. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children and their families overcome speech and language disorders, and have the knowledge and experience necessary to provide exceptional care.The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders, as well as a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). They will have at least two years of experience in clinical pediatric speech-language pathology, and be familiar with current best practices and principles of pediatric speech therapy. Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive assessments and treatment plans for children and families with speech and language disorders • Implement evidence-based practices and principles of pediatric speech therapy • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for patients • Educate and counsel families on speech and language disorders • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records • Participate in team meetings and other professional development activities
