  1. Evaluate and assess patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop individualized treatment plans.
  2. Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to promote optimal function and recovery for patients.
  3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and deliver comprehensive patient care.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support throughout the rehabilitation process.
  5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  6. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice.
  7. Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in physical therapy.
  8. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and develop treatment plans.
  9. Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.
  10. Provide guidance and support to physical therapy assistants and other support staff.
  11. Ensure a safe and clean working environment for patients and staff.
  12. Maintain professional development through continuing education and training opportunities.
  13. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations of Cleveland Clinic.
  14. Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  16. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in physical therapy.
  17. Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.
  18. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  19. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • A Doctor Of Physical Therapy (Dpt) Degree From An Accredited Program.

  • Licensure As A Physical Therapist In The State Of Ohio.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Inpatient Acute Care Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Musculoskeletal, Neurological, And Cardiopulmonary Conditions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work Effectively With Patients, Their Families, And Interdisciplinary Healthcare Teams.
