1. Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in the inpatient acute care setting.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
4. Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
5. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques to promote recovery and prevent further injury.
6. Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with clinic policies and procedures.
7. Stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatment techniques to continuously improve patient care.
8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive environment.
9. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice as outlined by state board regulations and clinic policies.
10. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
