  1. Conduct thorough evaluations of pediatric patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients based on their specific conditions and goals.
  3. Utilize evidence-based practices and techniques to provide the highest quality of care to pediatric patients.
  4. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for pediatric patients.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and guidance on treatment plans and progress.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting progress and adjustments to treatment plans.
  7. Continuously evaluate and modify treatment plans to ensure optimal progress and outcomes for pediatric patients.
  8. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards for physical therapy practice.
  9. Stay current with advancements in pediatric physical therapy through continuing education and professional development.
  10. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development and improvement of pediatric physical therapy services.
  11. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following all infection control and safety protocols.
  12. Demonstrate a commitment to Cleveland Clinic's mission and values, providing exceptional care and service to patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • A Doctor Of Physical Therapy (Dpt) Degree From An Accredited Program.

  • A Current State License To Practice Physical Therapy.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Pediatric Physical Therapy, Preferably In An Inpatient Setting.

  • Certification In Pediatric Physical Therapy From The American Board Of Physical Therapy Specialties (Abpts).

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Young Patients And Their Families, As Well As Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team.
