  1. Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Utilize advanced knowledge and skills in Cardiothoracic Surgery II to assess, diagnose, and treat complex cardiothoracic conditions.
  3. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  4. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-operative care.
  5. Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  6. Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
  7. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner Program, With Specialization In Acute Care.

  • Current State License And Certification As A Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner In Acute Care.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Cardiothoracic Surgery, Preferably In An Acute Care Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Cardiothoracic Surgery Procedures, Medications, And Equipment.

  • Excellent Communication And Critical Thinking Skills, With Ability To Work Well In A Fast-Paced, High-Stress Environment.
