PRN RN - Emergency Department

1. Provide high-quality and compassionate patient care in the Emergency Department setting.
2. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
3. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
4. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
5. Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and response to treatments.
6. Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions.
7. Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment plans.
8. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
10. Communicate effectively with physicians, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
11. Ensure patient safety by following infection control protocols and other safety measures.
12. Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.
13. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards patients, families, and colleagues.
