Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Program Manager to join the Caregiver Office at Cleveland Clinic. The Program Manager will be responsible for designing and executing initiatives to support and empower caregivers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for helping caregivers and be an excellent communicator. With a desire to develop innovative solutions and creative problem-solving skills, the Program Manager will ensure the Caregiver Office is providing the highest level of service and support to all caregivers.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, or a related field.• At least 3-5 years of experience in program development and/or management.• Knowledge of caregiver support services and resources.• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Experience leading and managing teams.• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including families, providers, and other community partners.• A commitment to providing excellent customer service.• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the unique needs of caregivers.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive programs and services to support caregivers. • Maintain and implement policies and procedures to ensure high standards of service and support are met. • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Caregiver Office, including budgeting and staffing. • Provide direct supervision and guidance to staff. • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of programs and services. • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including families, providers, and other community partners. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all programs and services are delivered in an effective and efficient manner. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of caregiver support services and resources. • Identify and address any gaps in services. • Develop strategies to proactively identify and address the needs of caregivers. • Create and maintain an environment of open communication and collaboration. • Develop and deliver training and educational programs for caregivers. • Participate in relevant meetings and conferences to stay abreast of industry trends. • Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders.
