  1. Conduct research: Conduct thorough and accurate research related to the assigned project(s) using various methods and resources.
  2. Collect and organize data: Collect and organize data from various sources, including patient records, surveys, and scientific literature.
  3. Assist with experiments: Assist in carrying out experiments and procedures under the direction of the principal investigator or other senior researchers.
  4. Analyze data: Use statistical and analytical tools to analyze data and identify trends and patterns.
  5. Maintain laboratory equipment: Ensure that all laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and functioning correctly.
  6. Record and report findings: Record all research findings accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare reports and presentations to present findings to the research team.
  7. Collaborate with team members: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve research goals and objectives. Share knowledge and ideas to contribute to the overall success of the project.
  8. Follow research protocols: Follow established research protocols and procedures to ensure accuracy and validity of research results.
  9. Attend meetings: Participate in team meetings to discuss research progress, results, and future plans. Take notes and provide updates on assigned tasks.
  10. Maintain confidentiality: Adhere to strict confidentiality policies and procedures to protect sensitive research data and information.
  11. Stay up-to-date on developments: Stay current on developments in the field of healthcare and research. Attend conferences and workshops to expand knowledge and skills.
  12. Adhere to safety guidelines: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  13. Assist with administrative tasks: Provide administrative support, such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and scheduling appointments.

  15. Continuously improve processes: Identify and suggest ways to improve research processes, procedures, and protocols to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Psychology, Or Health Sciences.
