  1. Conduct research on various projects related to our mission of providing excellent patient care, advancing medical research, and educating the next generation of healthcare professionals.
  2. Collaborate with a team of researchers and engineers to develop and implement innovative solutions for healthcare challenges.
  3. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to draw meaningful conclusions and make recommendations for further research.
  4. Design and conduct experiments, utilizing various research methodologies and techniques.
  5. Develop and maintain detailed records and documentation of research procedures, results, and findings.
  6. Stay up-to-date with current research and technological advancements in the field of healthcare and contribute to the development of new research ideas.
  7. Present research findings and progress updates to colleagues, supervisors, and at conferences and seminars.
  8. Assist with the preparation of grant proposals and contribute to securing funding for research projects.
  9. Train and mentor junior members of the research team.
  10. Adhere to ethical and safety guidelines in all research activities.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and organizations to foster a culture of interdisciplinary research.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve research processes, methods, and protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, Or Life Sciences.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Research Experience In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Clinical Research Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Various Research Methodologies And Techniques, Including Data Analysis And Interpretation.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With A Diverse Team Of Researchers And Clinicians.

  • Familiarity With Relevant Software And Equipment Used In Research, Such As Statistical Analysis Software, Microscopy, And Molecular Biology Tools.
